"Our mission is one so close to my heart: enabling New Yorkers to live their best lives at the end of their lives. We at End of Life Choices New York do what we can to meet your "good death” goals. We can’t make you not die, but we can certainly help you think through what a good death is for you. Talking about death is the first step in making a good death happen. We can help you plan for your death. We can also help you to manage the process of death through exploring options like hospice, palliative care, an end of life doula and maybe medical aid in dying. We can help you educate those you love on your wishes before death happens. Let’s talk about dying while we’re living to make it the best death possible. Our staff is constantly educating groups and individuals about options. We stay up-to-date on all things “good death” and are thrilled to share our knowledge with you."
