Recurring Giving

Monthly or Annual Giving is End of Life Choices New York’s multi-year pledge program, committed for at least three consecutive years.

Our Recurring Giving members allow us to make long-term investments in our programming and advocacy efforts and provide free support for families.

By committing to ongoing support, you will receive dedicated communications and special opportunities to meet with the team.

When you make this commitment, you will be billed for your first payment today, and can specify if you’d like to be charged monthly or annually for the remainder of your commitment.
