Q: Who is part of the hospice care team?

A: Hospice care provides an interdisciplinary team of professionals, just like palliative care does, as well as volunteers. Members of the team are experts in end-of-life care, and typically include physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains and others. Hospice will also work closely with your caregiver(s), who are key members of the care team.
