May 20, 2022We Are Now an Approved Health Education Provider!
We are excited to share that we are now a designated provider of continuing education contact hours (CECH) in health education by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc! We can now offer CECH to Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES) and Master Certified Health Education Specialists (MCHES) for our End of Life Care Community Advocate Training .
We also continue to be recognized by the New York State Education Department's State Board for Social Work as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers #SW-0464.
Note that some credentialing agencies require that an education provider be formally approved, while others simply require their members to report their continuing education to the agency. Therefore, your credentialing agency may already accept this course toward you continuing education requirement. We recommend checking in with your credentialing agency regarding their requirements. We also continue to work toward accreditation/approval for other professions.
