Respecting Conscientious Objection by Individual Practitioners: Getting MAiD Implementation Right From The Start

In this final event in the series, a panel of practitioners from the disciplines of law, medicine and ethics, will explore the history of conscientious objection in health care to guide health care provider organizations, in protecting the rights of clinicians and patients as New York’s MAiD law is implemented in exam rooms and at the bedside.
