Palliative Care and Advance Care Planning: Understanding Your End of Life Options

End of Life Choices New York and The Pearl I. Barlow Center for Memory Evaluation and Treatment at NYU will cohost “Palliative Care and Advance Care Planning: Understanding Your End of Life Options”.

To advocate for our own end of life care, we need to know our rights and make plans. Please join us for a free seminar for individuals, families, and caregivers that will provide insight into advance directives, end of life options, hospice, and palliative care.
