Who is part of the hospice care team?

Hospice care provides an interdisciplinary team of professionals, just like palliative care does, as well as volunteers. Members of the team are experts in end-of-life care, and typically include physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains and others. Hospice will also work closely with your caregiver(s), who are key members of the care team.
